Love in the PUFF

I got the chance to see the premier, and I gotta say.....Love in A Puff was like all love story sweet and romantic. Then the 2nd one - Love in THE puff, it's more realistic. And the 2 movies are so local with so much cantonese swearing.....it's a must watch if U want a laugh while learning how to swear in cantonese.

The song inside. Sweet......luv it.

When minutes become hours
When days become years
And I dont know where you are
Color seems so dull without you

Have we lost our minds
What have we done
But it all doesnt seem to matter anymore

When you kissed me on that street I kissed you back
You held me in your arms I held you in mine
You picked me up to lay me down
When I look into your eyes
I can hear you cry for a little bit more of you and I
Im drenched in your love
Im no longer able to hold it back

Is it too late to ask for love
Is it wrong to feel right
When the world is winding down
Thoughts of you linger around

Have we lost our minds
What have we done
But it all doesnt seem to matter anymore

When you kissed me on that street I kissed you back
You held me in your arms I held you in mine
You picked me up to lay me down
When I look into your eyes
I can hear you cry for a little bit more of you and I
Im drenched in your love
Im no longer able to hold it back

False Advistisment

Men, if you want to re-do your ex, dont tell her or cheat her by saying "I am a changed man"!!! :)
I was watching Drop Dead Diva....I am not sure in US whether you could indeed con ur ways thru laws, fines and jails...like magic, but even U hv 24 Billy inside of U, U cud get away from murders......then I assume, as long as I say I am nuts. I cud do anything. But yes....this guy of coz gets charged, under the infringement of "false advertisement"!! Coz he falsely advertised himself to be a changed man, in order to....yes shag up the ex.

And....above was just funny, but the main quote I luv was "more things change, more things stay the same". HUH!? Kinda ironical, but.............actually this quote stirs my heart a lil. It sounds so zen, but it vibes with strong force of non-zen. To a pt that it agitates me......it seems it doesnt make sense, but it makes whole world of sense....yet, U so want it untrue....yet, its true....ARGH....yup, my agony. I feel agonigenised by this.....hehe

I have one belief - u dont acquire serenity via quietness. Onlt via chaos, you could attain or learn true peacefulness......hehe, non-zen  zenify you...:D

More Shows

OK, before I focuz back on my work, I would like to update what shows I am watching, as it's the new season....Apart from previously mentioned misfits (which already finished), Homeland (waiting for new season), Bones....I am currently catching up on:

1. Alcatraz (maybe wrong spelling) - the new show by the fat dude in Lost. It's kinda like 4400 , pple start showing up, though upto the 4th epi, I feel they may have a story. For 4400, it's pretty straightforward, different person exhibit "heroes" type of power and just one epi after another the same. This one....despite, it's abt criminal, committing crimes again, but why the heck they are showing up one by one, did they come back together or arrive at different timeframes!? More Qs non=answered, ie how a show cud go on. I am glad it didnt end with a bang everytime.....I think it's not needed right now. And I could see this is the trend of shows, if with high calibre of backdrop people.......so, if into suspense, or crime, or 4400 kinda shows, recommended!!!!

2. Person of interest - by Lost Ben, hence must watch. Esp with all kinda cadgets and blasts and fighting....smooth sailing fighting, ok!!?? Watch la....haha

3. Fringe - as mentioned many times, I hated 1st 2 seasons, as I just dont dig the gal...sorry, I luv Scully, so she's too far from sy-fy show. But with the introduction of more alternate universe, I started to dig the show....:D hehe....yup, I am a believer of alternate universe, and I believe another me is living a similar yet very alternate life.

Then, gossip gals, vamp diaries, desp housewives, ncis, criminal minds, supernatural....just a routine to "must-watch" for me...........

I am actually waiting for Alpha to be back. myabe couple of more months. Yes, I watched Sherlock....the 1st epi was fabulous but not the other 2 sadly.

Movies I am planning to download and watch - anonymous, a dangerous mind
hvnt watched skin I live in yet, despite its dl already, coz I dont feel like reading subtitle lately

What shows, movies hv U been watching & waiting upon? Share some!? :D

Have a good start today!

Breaking Eggs

OK, I hvnt written past week as I have been quite caught up with some new refinement. Then, I was introduced to this UK TV show- Misfits. It cracks me up big time, and frankly I always prefer british shows more, though US shows tend to have more productivity.

I luv this Nathan guy in the show, he's an asshole, dickhead. Totally - yet U would like him, as u know that he has his sweet side. Kinda U hate and love him at the same time. And at the season 1 last episode, there were few quotes that really made me laugh. Let me try to recap....

" there's only one thing young lady should inset into themselves, ie knowledge"
" As Darwin said, you need to break few eggs to make omelette. It's the time to break eggs"
" Thats the time we should shag each other brain's out"

:)) it's kinda kiddo show, I have to say it's in btw of Heroes and Alpha. But I always find brit actors to have higher calibre as compared to american ones....sollie....:P

I kindly recommend for you to check it out.
Frankly, I cant believe I didnt do any entry last 7 days...it's bad. I will keep it up, it's a matter of momentum and custom.

Hope U all had a great week last week after the long holiday. kisses n hugz.

Another nut week on shows

Watched - frankly some I dont even remember. :)
- Kramer vs kramer
- Sophie's choice
- Confession of a dangerous mind
- stranger than fiction
- rewatched Bridget Jones' Diary I & II
- Notting Hill
- The Aura
- Crazy Stupid Love

TV shows -
- Homeland
- Dexter
- Person of Interest
- Merlin
- fringe
- Bones
- Supernatural
- Gossip Girl
- NCIS
- Criminal Minds
- Desperate Housewives
- The vampire diaries

Guyz, U must watch Homeland. I usually hate anything related to serious CIA shows or terrorist related, of coz except 24, as it's so ridiculously crazy that within 24 hrs, U could get killed, revived, then shot, then have sex, then again shoot someone, then meet the president, then save the president..........

This one is as exciting (not as breathless) but equally exciting as the cast is EXCELLLLLENT!!!!!!! Just by watching them looking at the monitor saying "NO" - I was already awed with breathlessness. It's not just the suspense, thrill. care chase or politically correct speech or righteous or idiotic Jack Brauer bravery - just simple huma - flawed, nakedly crazy humans. Just that most of them are working in CIA. hahahahahaha

People always say I got nothing to do hence I watch so many shows. Actually - many a time I would trade my sleep.....:)))) And Pls mind U, I dont go out at all....over weekend or so. How could it be? U?? yes, me......I rather stay home N watch my shows 24 hrs..............:))))))))))

Movies watched....and recommended

Frankly, since I learnt how to use torrents, my world is always torrents. Tdy, I feel like stopping it.....I am totally addicted & obsessed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, few movies I watched lately and I find it may worth your time to watch:
1. Horrible Bosses - super fucking funny.
I never really like comedy as I cant really laugh with their jokes all the way, but this movie is the 2nd one I could. The first one was There's something about Mary.

2. Margin Call
Financial thriller - not exactly like the evil Wall Street I or II. But I find it worth watching despite I know squat about finance or stock market. no.1 coz the assembled cast is superb. Kevin Spacey vs Jeremy Iron. Demi Moore is surprisingly good. Of coz my favourite Sylar is there (Zachary Quinto). But the most outstanding actor to me is - Priest in Priest - Paul Bettany. He's awesome!!!! It's a more realistic portrayal of the reality, I feel.

3. Watched few turkish movies and find them to be decent & great.
3.1 Head On
3.2 Love like coincidences
3.3 Climate
Actually, I find turkish language sound very much like korean, also the sentiment seems quite similar as well. I esp like Climate even though it's a super slow movie - the actor was awesome.

4. Cashback
It's a fabulous movie. Funny, witty.

5. OK, about TV series.
This one I always talk about it - But dexter season 6 is super amazing. I mean frankly - the robin hood styled serial killer thingy is getting draggy to me, but this season has new way of "demonstrating" the murdered victim.....I was just in awe. I dont think such crimes or knitted corpses have ever been found like that, but all in all - it was awesome. Must watch....:))

6. Alpha Sy-Fy channel
OK, it's abit like Heroes. However, Heroes should not be made into TV series, rather, they should be a collection of movies, then I think the whole gross will be better, and it wouldnt be ended so abruptly, my thinking. Alpha is more down-to-earth - about a group of superability normal people who dont really have higher goal like maybe Sylar to obtain all talents & power or like Peter wanting to be superman to save the world. Yet Alpha simplicity is quite attractive to me, as you see the characters becoming more mature and realistic...then U start to think, very very likely we do have some alphas walking around us. :))

OK....that's all for now....I watched way too many but since I already did my backup, I couldnt exactly recall which I watched. The sucked ones, I delete so quickly - e.g. Hangover II. I deleted it within a sec....:))

Movies Marathorn

Since frenz helping me install the torrent, it's unstoppable. I am downloading as many movies as one can, esp my HD now has 500Gb cap, and it's like disneyland for me now.

Movies watched over 72 hrs:
- bitter moon (excellent)
- ninth gate (soso)
- when harry met sally (rewatched - great)
- the graduate (rewatched - great)
- harry potter last one (sucks)
- the virign suicide (great)
- horrible bosses (hilarious)
- gattaca (ok)
- magnolia (soso)
- eat pray love (boring)

2 movies I hope to talk about, bitter moon & eat pray love.

When I was maybe 15 or 16, I was introduced to this book called Money, Sex & Power, by my teacher. I guess, he wanted me to think since I started discussing about the "abundance of life" and what the heck life is kind of subjects back then. And I always ponder about this subject for many years, then I came to conclude that, I am a power, sex & money person. :D.....so when I heard "eat pray love" -ok, I feel I cant relate to this, this is more woman way ot ranking, yes? Love, pray, love. or pray, eat, love. For me, I got no interest in much of food...so eat is like bottom of the lists. And this movie, makes my libido dies within second. I then realize, when you are too horny, you should watch boring movies - with celebrity starred in it - as U feel it;s wrong U dont watch the whole thing, and...maybe it's me - i feel I should respect PrettyWoman - Julia Roberts & my fav James Franco (coz he reads alot in real life) that I should finish the movie no matter how it kills my libido. SHITS.

Yes I like few quotes though - "ruin is a gift. Ruin is a road to transformation". Well, I always enjoy chaos. I always luv vintage. I am always fascinated with ruins, broken architecture.

So, then Bitter Moon. Blew my mind in a way - the way the narration goes by Peter Coyote. It's very erotic. Despite, he definitely isnt my sex subject. And I think to boil down - it's just about co-dependent relationship that we all ., ok, not all, most live in. But face it - we have such kinds of codependence one way or another no matter how we think we are healthy. We are always S&M, frankly, in relationship. Of coz, they are the more played-up, while ours is more toned down. yet, truthfully, ie what we actually live in. So all-in-all, it has become my another favourite movie.

Movies I watched within one week

Apart from previously mentioned Eternal Sunshine of Spotless Mind, I watched quite a no of movies on plane or at home. Here are the list:

1. let me in - a child vampire story. Interesting, but heard it was borrowed from a swedish film " let the right one in", I will search for it some day.

2. Girlfriend experience, starrred by ex AV gal Sasha Grey (?) - she isnt a bad actress at all. It just talks about how she struggles as an escort - connection? pure shag? while being in a committed relationship with a bf.

3. Midnight in Paris - I never really like Woody Allen movies. I just dont like its vibe, not that I watched many of his. This one is cute, yet I feel the actors are not properly given a script, as U could feel some lines they improvised themselves. But I like the ending, kinda old school hollywood cliche movie ending, but sweet.

4. Thor - wow, actually it's not bad. I like it. I specially like his recklessness. It's not all goodie kind of superhero stories.

5. Biutiful - great performance, but I cant associate it too well. Though, I am watching it through someone's mind. :)

6. Fish Tank - my fren Dion said he preferred this than An Education. Ummm, I prefer the latter still, it has a touch of class and abit less realistic. Fish Tank is very cruel in its portrayal - and I always cant bear to see kids being treated this way, it's same as ABUSE by mom, family & society. It's too sad for me.

7. The Darjeeling Ltd - ummmm, cute. recommended. Very manhood searching for meaning but in a funny setting. My kind of film - abit fantasy, surreal.

8. Rewatched - Love Actually, The Fall, There's something about Mary

9. Some other I watched half way such as Water for Elephant, Fargo....if I got a chance will get the dvd since i picked them from the plane.

Whenever I am gloomy

I will watch few movies...which I guess I mentioned here before.

The first one is always Love Actually - becoz it makes one believe in something, or maybe round the corner, something may happen for me. I esp like the part where Collin Firth with the Portuguese fell in luv - it's abit surreal & fantasy. But sometimes, maybe language isnt that important? It's the sexual attraction....haha, or namely pheromones.

Then, maybe I would watch Copy Cat as I always like serial killer stories. No matter how many times I watched this show, I never got bored and I got no reasons why. Yet, it gives me the thrill.

Then, it could be Sausalito - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0240880/ with Leon Lai. It's a simple but cliche love at first shag story, but it always reminded me that I went to Sausalito before just coz of the movie. And this movie is sweet.

Then also if I want to cry, I always watch The Fall - just luv the chemistry between the Roy (Lee Pace) and the romanian child actress. And it always makes me cry at the end - no matter how many times I watch it.

Now, maybe I will have a new addition - Eternal Sunshine of Spotless Mind. It reminds me alotta things somehow. I think afterall as I said before, I am a fairy tale gal. I like anything borderline fantasy or surreal. This movie is one.

What are your list?
Die hard? hehe

Eternal Sunshine of Spotless Mind

I did watch alot of movies, I mean....quite a number of movies, but still many a time I always miss some good ones, and thanks to my good frenz who love movies, they have endless suggestion or even free DVD or free service to download for me. And of coz, at times, with my best fren - Bruce, he would circulate the movie reviews to us. I am not very upto date what's coming up & so on, but I am glad I got good frenz.

So, last nite, I got the disc, should say my fren Dion lent me the disc. And I watched it from 6am, then by 8am, I cried for 15 mins. I always cry for such movies or plot - I guess it always reminds me of something, or some of my dreams or ideas. And of coz, the moments of trying not to "forget" something, trying to "fight" against the process of deletion - is something I am quite familiar with. Hence hving blog, hving letters are a good tool to assess to the memory. (I am a naturalist in deletion).

Yet, in the movie, the characters have to hand back in all the items, pics, letters, doodles in order to erase the memory that pains them - of coz, if it's so easy, we would all have gone through it somehow. Always, in our lives, we wish we would forget something....like we never lived that period. But it's impossible somewhat, of coz.

I think you should watch it if you havent, or if U did, re-watch it - esp if you are with someone, or desperately want to forget something - Is it all that good just to forget & erase?! Is there really such alienation between you & him or you & her that can't be saved? Why was it neccessary to forget the love you once felt & experienced? He/She is standing right in front of you. Make a choice to think - if he/she deserves your "working" once again? your "rekindle of luv" once again? I am sure most of you will say YES, he/she deserves! Then, go & do something!!!!! QUICK! NOW!!!!

I luv few quotes and sometimes I do think I am a concept but I am just an imperfect gal wanting to be perfected in her various little ways together with someone, maybe.

And while, despite I claim myself a good deletion naturalist, it's just part of my survival skills. Someone taught me that, actually an indonesian that I met during the "riot" period in Jarkarta almost 10 years ago, I bid to his advice till today - always find a way SURVIVE.

(umm, why I was there? Coz my reasons - wanted to see what riots or so called "wars" were like......and yes I was taking slight risks, as I was told they would rape CHINESE looking gals, but I went anyways. I saw many burnt bldgs. People were sitting sleepishly & aimlessly on the streets - I hated the look of emptiness in those pple's eyes. And I understood - they were dangerous, as in their head, there was nothing to lose.....)

And maybe its ageing or starting to understand abit more stuff - this phrase - Enjoy it! It's one of the toughest to say actually, becoz it makes alotta effort to really achieve. BUT, I find it to be most rewarding thing on earth if U could indeed be in it. :))

Have a great week ahead! xoxo

=============================================
Some of the dialogue I like in there -

Clementine: This is it, Joel. It's going to be gone soon.
Joel: I know.
Clementine: What do we do?
Joel: Enjoy it.

Mary: How happy is the blameless vestal's lot! / The world forgetting, by the world forgot / Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind! / Each pray'r accepted, and each wish resign'd.  " the lines are from Alexander Pope's poem "Eloisa to Abelard"

Joel: Hi.
Clementine: Hi. Didn't figure you'd show your face around me again. I guess I thought you were... humiliated. You did run away, after all.
Joel: I just needed to see you.
Clementine: Yeah?
Joel: I'd like to, um... take you out, or something.
Clementine: You're married.
Joel: Not yet, not married. No, I'm not married.
Clementine: Look man, I'm telling you right off the bat, I'm high-maintainance, so... I'm not gonna tip-toe around your marriage, or whatever it is you've got goin' there. If you wanna be with me, you're with me.
Joel: Okay.
Clementine: Too many guys think I'm a concept, or I complete them, or I'm gonna make them alive. But I'm just a fucked-up girl who's lookin' for my own peace of mind; don't assign me yours.
Joel: I remember that speech really well.
Clementine: I had you pegged, didn't I?
Joel: You had the whole human race pegged.
Clementine: Hmm. Probably.
Joel: I still thought you were gonna save my life... even after that.
Clementine: Ohhh... I know.
Joel: It would be different, if we could just give it another go-round.
Clementine: Remember me. Try your best; maybe we can.

Addicted yes....

I am addicted to TV, as many know. Actually, I never rely on any form of drugs because I can easily get addicted to everything. Well, now I am addicted to this link  as I can watch many shows - UK shows, US shows, Talk shows, even discovery channel, documentaries, etc..........I luv british accent very much since last year, hence I am browsing through shows that ideally have it. Anyways, brits tend to have more of the documentary types into the ancient worlds, another of my search & favourite as some of you know. I was watching Ancient world, ancient discoveries, celtish britan....etc LUV it.......

And what thrills me most is of coz it's great seeing all these documentaries, but also as they go along, I can do research....such as I am reading up on Augustine.....i was reading kabalah as well....then some other names etc, trying to enhance my common sense, which I have to say I have none.

This is the link:
http://www.watchseries-online.com/

I am currently catching up on:
1. White Collar
2. Bones (starting to really luv the show, the female lead kinda reminds me of Monk)
3. Gossip Girls
4. NCIS
5. Supernatural
6. .....
7.....

Forget what else I am watching, as hv been looking up on the ancient world thingie......^^

Enjoy!

Unexpected is good sometimes

OK, my sis lent me this dvd - No String Attached.

NOW, I want someone to spoon me in clothes. hahahaha...dont get it, watch it.
Kinda sweet romantic comedy. Dun get it why Ashton Kutcher could be so cute.....I dont actua;ly find him "cute", I mean he's so tall....and he just has that nerdy kinda cute. Anyways, just cute. Natalie Portman totally acted out how I felt at the last 30 mins of the movie, she's just a wonderful actress.

Amen!

Bones

Bruce told me he was watching Bones. So after X Files, I took out my Bones and rewatch it, while I am doing my work, or helping my sister correcting her grammar, or reading my book. Still, Bones could make me cry.....shitty me. Really. Not cry, tearful, I should say, esp at this episode about Xmas. The bones they discovered was about a man being murdered - he was white and got a african american gal pregnant in 40's,50's(?). So he was preparing to take her to live in Paris, as at that time, marrying a black in America was not allowed. It's so touching...................:P

Luv in a Puff

I watched this movie on a pirated dvd a month ago, arrgghghhh I thought it was OK, unlike everyone around me I didnt feel excited by it. So, I was bored at home during the weekend and kinda wanted some sweet romantic comedy to lighten up my day- not in english thou, I want something cantonese. Of coz it would be my 1st choice.

And maybe it's this song. Just maybe. They had a scene at K room singing the song, it just couldnt get outta my mind, so I rewatched the movie with director's commentary. It's kinda intriguing from what he said, yet it's so true.

1. The romance is great as it's at the guessing stage - aint we humans pathetic? We like the torture of guessing games.

2. Love usually springs from a small misunderstanding

At the love hotel scene:
the guy said: not everything has to be done within a day, it's not like we dont have time
the gal : "smile sweetly & fall asleep"
THE TRUTH - the guy of coz wanted to have sex with the gal, if not, why would he bring her to a love hotel, yah!? Yet, he actually bumped his penis to a car window so he was sore = couldnt perform. Then, the gal was already so sweet and thought this guy was so so fantastic that she couldnt help but fall in love -> misunderstanding.

But at times that's how life draws us to the beginning & conclusion.

"Dont you just hate it when reality bites"

Starting off like this......

Someone posted on Facebook - "wow, couldnt believe now 80's is considered as 3 decades ago"
Another replied ; "dont you hate it when reality bites?"

O MAN!!!!! 80's is considered 30 yrs ago now. MY GOODNESS. Anyways, the next is suddenly I get the meaning of reality bites!!!! Am I retarded?? Totally!!!! I watched this movie back in Melbourne I guess, alone, of coz. During my 20's, I never liked watching movies with anyone. I was very affected by this movie as I was Gen X, god knows the definition but I could feel it. Crossroad, Cross-over, Crossdress..............etc. It's the vibe within that affected me, until today I believe....I didnt know it until today. Trully, reality could bite (cliche!! but True).

I quickly searched PPS stream if they got the movie on and it was awesome as I found it. I am gonna run down to HMV still though or ask my fren-Dion who always almost has 2 copies of great movies, maybe I could get his non-bluray copy! After 3 decades, I still find this movie awesome, original, fantastic..............................

Next I started to think.......what these 2 characters at the end ended up (my idiotic mediocre mind wandered to such, pretending to be a great scriptwriter or director) - the guy would go and find a stable job as they realized they were pregnant within a year. The gal would work in Gap or Guess. After another 10 years, they would both have affairs and they divorced...................I think this is the true meaning of the movie....the reality.

Out of respect to sex n the city II

Since I dl PPStream, I managed to watch some of the US TV shows that I didnt see but wanted, same as some movied. I watched 2 movies. One was Argentina's Secret of the eyes. While, out of respect, I watched Sex N The City.

Holy Crap!!! Nothing has turned my stomach as bad as this one did to me for a while. Poor Plot, Poor Faces, BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD FASHION!!! SUCK MAX. TOTAL SUCK. I used to follow the seasons diligently for 2 main reasons. One, I was looking for luvvvv too, so kinda whatever the gals went through, I could get it. Second, fashion, shoes, bags, fashions , accessories, and yes FASHION!!!!!!!

I wanted to stop watching after 2 mins as their clothes are bad, their facial expression-----how to say, emotionless, as they all got botox up, kinifed up too. It's trully not nice seeing esp seeing Samantha trying to pick up younger guyz. I am fine with the concept of cougar, I dont even mind being one. But plzzzzz, look at her face!!!!

Then, past 2 years, I did rewatch the series twice. Coz I wanted to look at the fashions, colors, shoes, heels.....but I got so so so turned off by the stupidity of these women. COME ON, GROW UP!!!! Esp with Carrie, she's like a fucking idiotic woman with no brain. For e.g. in this movie, she met her ex Aidan. So they kissed. What the big fucking deal!!!!! She gotta go all the way getting all the galz out to TALK??? About? Should I or Should I not tell Mr Big that I kissed my ex!!??????????? sHIT, what a stupid weak dependant small brain idiotic woman!!!!!!! SHAME ON HER!!!!!

I know many women who could be reading this may throw me tomatoes. hoho....sorry, I kept this to myself for 2 years, I gotta be honest for once too. hehe

Mememto , Momento

Shit, I always said "mOmento".

Finally, I watched this, thanks to my dear friend Dion. He actually gave me the disc as he now only goes & gets himself blu-ray, hehehehee, to my benefits.

I watched few of Chris Nolan's movies lately, actually, I realized I watched most of his movies except Following & this. This one blew my mind the most. I really like that he's so dark and honest. This movie reminds me that. How many a time we want to lie to ourselves?!?! How often we all live in our own universe? Yet, not many dare to say they are not living in reality but their own fairy tale. O well, not for me to judge! :P

It's a constant effort to be honest. Just like in the moive, for Lenny, it's a constant effort to make him believe in his own lies too. It's a dual effect. U couldnt get it w/o another.

Human mind is so powerful. Some said, the collective conscience built the pyrimaid. I think it's so possible. Ar, sidetrack again.

Yawn, sleep now. Have a good week ahead everyone!!

KISSES!!

P.S. He actually "Gained major funding during the 1999 Hong Kong Film Festival by showing his film Following (1998) and then asking the audience to donate money to his next film Memento (2000).

BRAVO HongKIE, Bravo!

Shutter Island

I didnt sleep as I got morning meeting.....I was afraid I couldnt get up. Anyways, as some may know, my lack of sleep does sometimes spark crazy creativity and bad spelling. Shit, I shud have studied advertising or something - those pple dont sleep and they are bad in vocab.

Anyways, I watched Shutter Island. To my amazement, it's pretty damn good. I never liked "prison" drama so I never watched Prison Break. I wasnt fond of Leonardo, thou I would go to see most of his films. This one - his performance was fantastic. He got the neurotic look going on.

And the suspense was very well done. Some parts of the "dreaming" or "Hallucination" scenes were shot really great. I thought to myself, it must be done by a great director.....oh yea, By Martin Scorsese. Man, he's 68 yo but he still got alotta projects going on!!!

Sometimes, it's great to see a movie because you know which director is in it. Like this case, it would be great to have no idea like me. As I am not fond of this Martin.....I glanced through the movies he directed, didnt like. Esp, I so digusted by The Departed, which I fell asleep half way, which is something I rarely do. He so didnt get the concept of Infernal Affairs - he & the cast did suck jobs in there. Sorry, I like the HK version too much!!!

Do grab a dvd. Worth your time.
